JOB PURPOSE
· Delivery, control, coordination the STS operations
· Ensuring legal SHEQ compliance of industry, regulatory and internal procedures and standards
PRINCIPAL TASKS
· Responsible for the operational safety and quality of the STS operations
· Responsible for ensuring maximisation of gross margin on STS operations
· Responsible for ensuring the accurate coordination of all aspects of the STS operations in line with company processes
· Responsible for ensuring all enquiries are logged and followed up in a timely manner, ensuring where required an STS quote is raised, issued and followed up
· Responsible for monitoring supplier invoices to ensure accuracy, gaining approval and are processed for payment within the payment terms
· Responsible for the management of all aspects of logistics related to the STS operations
· Responsible for ensuring all STS operations are ?closed out? in line with all legal and company rules, regulations, processes and procedures
· Responsible for providing out of hours cover on a rotational basis 24hrs a day, 365 day a year
· Responsible for ensuring all STS operations are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner
· Ensure that engagement with existing and new key stakeholders are forged and maintained in particular STS Superintendents and Base Agents
· Provide support on critical equipment and assets by monitoring and reporting quality and safety issues
· Provide support to ensure regular reporting to the Operations Manager
· Provide support to chase outstanding debt
· Provide support for managing the bas contractors including support crafts related to the STS operations
· Provide support in relation to all documentation involved with STS operations
OTHER TASKS / GENERAL
· Consult with the STS Equipment Team to ensure coordination of supply chains, base stock control and takes and certification of STS equipment
· Consult with the STS Support Team to coordination Base Contractor compliance documentation, create documentation and control for the STS operations
· Provide support and consult with the Marine Assurance team in relation to compliance, STS Superintendent training, auditing and policing of STS operations
· Provide support to the Area Managers to improve and manage base costs, controls of P&L procurement and new base setups
· Provide support and consult with the Business Development Team to enhance new business opportunities and retention of current business
· Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required.
Mandatory:
Completed undergraduate degree;
Experience in offshore, maritime, shipyard, or logistics base environments;
Fluent/Advanced English (will be tested);
Residing in Rio de Janeiro;
Availability for on-call shifts (weekends and holidays);
Availability for a hybrid work model.
Desirable:
Advanced Spanish will be considered a plus;
Availability for occasional offshore assignments;
Availability for national and international travel.
