professional to join our Accounts Payable & Receivable team in Rio de

Janeiro.In this role, you will play a key part in

supporting the company’s financial operations, working closely with different

areas and stakeholders. You will contribute to the efficiency and reliability

of our processes, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and maintaining

high-quality financial execution.

You will support core financial activities, with a focus on accounts

payable and receivable processes, ensuring structure, organisation, and smooth

day-to-day operations.In your

daily work, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing supplier

invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will

also monitor the accounts payable flow, ensuring timely payments while

contributing to effective cash flow management.You will

interact with suppliers, supporting the resolution of payment-related queries

and performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial

records.Additionally,

you will support accounts receivable activities, including invoice issuance,

tracking incoming payments, and engaging with customers when needed. You will

help monitor outstanding balances and support collection efforts.You will also contribute to the continuous

improvement of financial processes and internal controls, working closely with

the finance team and other departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and

compliance.
