We are looking for a Legal Coordinator with 4-8 years of professional experience

to join our team. The successful candidate will be pragmatic, proactive and

business-minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to provide

clear, practical and solution-oriented legal advice. Excellent communication,

organization and interpersonal skills are highly desirable, as is the ability

to manage multiple matters simultaneously, interact with different internal

areas, and operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate

environment.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

As a Legal Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity

to work closely with the company’s core business areas, particularly in matters

involving vessel charter agreements and related commercial contracts, while

also providing legal support to other departments across a broad range of

corporate, contractual, regulatory and day-to-day legal matters.In addition, this position

will be responsible for:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating vessel charter agreements, service

agreements, supply contracts and other legal instruments related to the

company’s maritime operations;Providing legal advice to business teams, supporting internal

stakeholders in the assessment and mitigation of legal risks, assisting with

corporate, regulatory and compliance matters, managing external counsel when

necessary; andContributing to the development and improvement of internal legal

processes, templates and policies.
